Law Students for Climate Accountability

Law Students for Climate Accountability

We interview the team behind the ranking of US law firms based on their impact on climate change.

Show notes

This week we interview the Yale Law students who compled the research for the report that sent shivers down the spine of the global legal elite. The report ranked law firms by the negative and positive climate impact of their clients.

We learn from the LSCA team that students want better accountability in the legal profession for climate impact: finding a lack of information on this topic when shortlisting law firms, they set about creating their own resource.

We interview the team about their motivations, what commitments students want to see from law firms, and the impact of their work.
